The BOM and Challenge quilt will be combined into one program for next year.
Angie Hubbell discussed fundraising for next year. There will not be a raffle quilt
for 2025, but hopefully we will complete one earlier this year for raffle in 2026.
Might consider having all members participate in making blocks for it. Also, may
consider having a booth at Calvary Craft show to sell members’ donations.
No money will be involved in the meeting/greeter’s category unless folders or
printing are needed.
The amount needed for programs will depend on what workshops we do.
Members will be assessed a fee of $20 or $25 for workshops, while non-
members will be charged $40.
Refreshments include water, plates, napkins, utensils, and tablecloths and will be
provided by the guild at each meeting.
Staycation: Need to decide where and when to have it.
Christmas party-The guild will provide meat, but the members will provide other
food for a pitch in.
There will not be a retreat this year.
