The meeting was called to order at 6:59 p.m. by Dana Sederoff.

 One guest was welcomed.

 Still working out concerns with the new facility.

 The past president’s blocks were presented to Angie Hubbell.

Jenna Chamberlain, Treasurer

 Info sheet was circulated. Please check that yours is correct.

 Please send your photo for our directory to Jenna.

 The current account balance is $9718.90.

Cindy Johnson, Donation Quilts

 Please place donated quilts in the blue Rubbermaid bin. Sign your name on a

sticky note to enter a drawing at the end of the year.

 Donation quilt guidelines are posted on the website.

Susan Eaton, Quilts of Valor

 Guidelines for Quilts of Valor can be found on their website.

 Log cabin blocks will be made this year, but any design will be accepted.

Angie Hubbell, Fundraising

 We will be setting up a booth at local craft fairs. Each member should plan to

donate one item worth $20. The booth will be used for fundraising and to help get

our name out in the community.

 Sweatshirts and t-shirts with our guild logo are available for order on our website.

The cost will be $30 for sweatshirts and $15 t-shirts.

Amy Gilmore, Staycation

 The staycation will be May 31, the location is to be determined.

 Thanks for tonight’s refreshments.

 The signup sheet for future meetings was circulated.

Show and Tell

 Several members participated in show and tell.
