Dana called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm with forty-eight people present.

 Scrapbasket Quilt Guild Fundraiser

T-shirts and sweatshirts are available to order.

The cost is $15 for T-shirts and $35 for sweatshirts. An assortment of colors is

available.

You may order them on the website or by signing up on the sheet that was

circulated. Jenna will bring the shirts to the next meeting and payment is due

upon delivery.

Sandy Beard, Vice President

 Please wear your nametag at the meetings.

 Jenna needs photos of members. Please email yours to Jenna0327@gmail.com

 The website password will be changed in April.

 Donna Jordan from Jordan Fabrics passed away Friday.

Cindy Johnson, Donation Quilts

 Some quilts will be sent to Project Linus.

 Donated fabric is available if needed.

Beth Archer, Challenge and BOM

 Please continue to complete blocks for the challenge.

 We look forward to seeing the completed quilts at the end of the year.

Susan Eaton, QOV

 Susan was not present, but members are encouraged to make blocks listed on

the QOV website.

Angie Hubbell, Fundraising

 We are considering different craft fairs in the fall. Please continue to make items

to sell.

 We will start on the raffle quilt next month. Each member will make a block.

Amy Gilmore, Staycation

 Staycation will be May 31.

 The sign-up sheet was circulated.

Linda Paulson, Refreshments

 Thanks to those who provided refreshments tonight.

 Indianapolis Shop Hop is this week, Thursday through Saturday.

 Indiana Trail Shop Hop is in May and June.
