The meeting was called to order with 40 members and 1 guest present.
Kristi Slinkard, Programs
Kristi introduced the evening’s speaker.
The “Now You See It, Now You Don’t. The Magic of Disappearing Blocks” program was
presented by Brita Nelson, the Questioning Quilter. She demonstrated several varieties
of disappearing blocks. At the end of the program, she announced a 10% discount on
two patterns on her website. The coupon code is “Scrap”, and it will be good for two
weeks.
Dana Sederoff, President
Dana acknowledged a positive response to the zoom program presented this
evening.
If members haven’t received the latest newsletter, the guild hasn’t received their
annual dues.
Thanks to the ladies who provided the evening’s refreshments.
Staycation will be May 31 at Trailside Church. Donations for door prizes would be
appreciated.
Cindy Johnson, Donation Quilts
Recently presented quilts to Project Linus.
If you’d like to donate fabric or a quilt top, Project Linus volunteers will complete
the quilt.
Love It Sew quilt store hosts sewing sessions for Project Linus on the first
Monday of every month.
Dana Sederoff
Angie Hubbell has resigned her position as fundraising chair. Volunteers are
needed to take over the Raffle Quilt and upcoming craft shows.
Jenna Chamberlain, Treasurer
Presented slides showing the budget.
Expenses have been greater than income. Most expenses are for program
speakers.
Volunteers are needed for fundraising.
We will be able to accept credit cards at the upcoming craft shows.
Several members showed examples of items they have made for the craft
shows.
Members can still order T-shirts and sweatshirts on our website.
Show and Tell
Several members participated in show and tell.

Door prizes awarded.
