Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Beth Archer, President
Beth Archer: Welcome
*Asked young girls in attendance to lead us in Happy Birthday song
*Raffle tickets available this evening for $1.00
*Winner will receive a Birthday banner made by Beth Archer
Beth Konz/Kim VanBuskirk: Block of the Month
*Show and Tell of finished blocks
*Awarded prizes for finished blocks
*Templates are available for future blocks
Jenna Chamberlain/Amy Gilmore: Auction

Linda Auberry/Tammie Earnest: Challenge
*Show & Tell for Smallest UFO
*Door prize awarded
*Encourage members to prepare UFO for March – UFO that you have had the longest
Susan Cinkoske: Donation
*Susan is not in attendance. Please leave donation quilts in designated spot and they will be delivered
to Susan.
Susan Eaton: Quilts of Valor
*Thank you to all who worked on star blocks.
*Red and blue star blocks will begin in March
*Asking for volunteers to longarm quilt tops

*Jenna has sign up for March workshop. Cost $50.00 and will be a Zoom meeting
Heather Kopeschka: Fundraising
*Volunteers still needed for Quilt Show in Bloomington, Indiana

Jenna Chamberlain: Treasurer’s Report
*Deposits for January - $145 for workshop, $925 for membership dues
*All accounts have been combined into one.
*Website, Domain, and Security Box renewed for another year.

Bobbie Brinson/Mary DeRemer: Retreat
*Proposing retreat take place in September at McCormick’s Creek State Park
*Double occupancy/two nights will cost approximately $300.
*Room rental will cost approximately $700/day
*Sign-up sheet to express interest is being passed around.
