Dana Sederoff called the meeting to order at 7:02 with 50 members and 1 guest
present.
We have a new microphone that we will use to alleviate the problem of not being
able to hear the program last month.
Sanda Beard, Vice President
Volunteers are needed to help with the 2026 raffle quilt. A sign-up
was circulated.
Jenna Chamberlain, Tresurer
Finances are good.
Cindy Johnson, Donation Quilts
Recently delivered several quilts and quilt tops to Quilts for Kids in Lafayette.
Received thank you note for above quilts/tops.
Next donations will probably go to area Nursing Homes.
Beth Archer, BOM
July’s block theme was Stars, patritotic, freedom.
Two members showed the BOM they made.
Quilts of Valor
Libby Holmes introduced the new co-leaders, Mary DeRener and Kathy Holmes.
Kits for blocks are available.
Members were encouraged to make blocks so that a quilt will be assembled in
November.
Linda Paulson, Refreshments
Linda thanked those who provided the evening’s refreshments.
Evelyn Stephenson, Auction
Bid sheets are available for next month’s auction.
Set up will begin at 5:00.
The silent auction will be 6:00-7:00
Any items receiving more than 5 bids in the silent auction will enter the live
auction.
Baskets from the officers and beelets will also be in the live auction.
There will be no show and tell next month.

Our first craft show will be from 12:00 to 5:00bat the Bow Wow Bash on
September 28 at the Washington Twp park.
Several members showed items thay’e made for the craft shows.
Show and Tell
Several members participated in Show and Tell.
Rhonda Nelson, Cheer
Rhonda presented gifts for a guest and a show and tell participant.
Kristi Slinkard, Programs
Kristi introduced the evening’s speaker, Sarah Thomas.
Sariditty is the discount code that can be used on her website.
