Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Angie Hubbell, Vice-President

46 present including 1 new member and 1 guest

Angie Hubbell: Welcome

*$1 raffle tickets for opportunity to win a charm pack of fabric

Beth Konz/Kim VanBuskirk: Block of the Month

*Show and Tell of finished blocks

*Awarded prizes for finished blocks

*Patterns for May blocks handed out to participants

Jenna Chamberlain/Amy Gilmore: Auction

*No update

Linda Auberry/Tammie Earnest: Challenge

*Show & Tell for a Gifted UFO

*Door prize awarded

*Encourage members to prepare UFO for May – a baby quilt UFO

Jenna Chamberlain: Website

*The new password is now active on the website.

Susan Cinkoske: Donation

*32 quilts were donated in 2022

*YTD for 2023 is also 32 quilts!

*Quilts for senior adults are not needed until later in the year.

*Quilts in need of longarm quilting can be picked up

Susan Eaton: Quilts of Valor

*2 more quilts have been completed

*2 more are ready for binding

Heather Kopeschka: Fundraising

*Members who have not received their tickets can see Heather to pick them up

*$177 were sold at the recent Shop Hop

*Volunteers are needed for selling tickets at quilt shops soon

*More raffle tickets are available if members would like to sell more

Bobbie Brinson/Mary DeRemer: Retreat

*This year’s retreat will be held at McCormick’s Creek State Park, September 15-17, 2023

*Reservations are still available

Carol Evans/Linda Auberry: Staycation

Eugenia Fernandez: Programs

*May 17, 2023, 6-9 pm, Eugenia will lead a workshop entitled Crumb Quilts
