Meeting called to order at 6:44 p.m. by Beth Archer, President

Linda Auberry/ :Staycation

*September 30, 2023 9am – 4pm at The Well Community Church

*Bring a dish to share for lunch

*Sign-up sheet available

Bobbie Brinson/Mary DeRemer: Retreat

*September 15-17, 2023 at McCormick’s Creek State Park

*10 rooms filled/3 rooms still available until 8-16-23

*Bobbie passed out a “What to Bring” Checklist to all attending

Eugenia Fernandez: Programs

*September meeting will be about Scrap Quilts

*September 20, 2023 - Cross Rails workshop $40.00

*Supply list available on website

Susan Eaton: Quilts of Valor

*1 more quilt finished

*2 quilts need binding

Beth Konz/Kim VanBuskirk: Block of the Month

*Members were encouraged to call Kim if they are struggling with the current month’s blocks.

Heather Kopeschka: Fundraising

*Raffle Tickets are still available for members to sell.

*Additional events or venues are needed to sell tickets.

Linda Auberry/Tammie Earnest: Challenge

*5 participants in the August UFO Challenge – a project that is NOT a quilt

*Show and Tell and Door Prize drawing will take place at September meeting
